I should have spoken up
This was the 2nd time I stayed at 4 POINTS Sheraton and overall it was fine. My problem was that between visits I developed severe back pain and should have spoken up when I was offered a choice of 2 rooms both at the extreme end of the hotel. It was painful whenever I left or came back to have to walk all that distance to do what I had to do. Needless to say I will let them know next time so I can get a room close to the elevator like I had on my first visit.

good Business Hotel in North East Philadelphia
Fine place to work and get a good night sleep in NorthEast Philadelphia. Very freindly and helpful staff. Adequate comfortable rooms.

Better in person that described online
After reading many reviews of this hotel, I was prepared to be disappointed. Imagine my (wonderfully) pleasant surprise when I got there to find myself in one of the most comfortable, well-maintained hotel rooms I’ve even stayed. It was spacious and clean with big comfortable beds, and the front desk service was expeditious and pleasant. I look forward to staying there again...very soon
Traveler's tip on dining
Lots of restaurants and other food outlets in the area that you do not need to eat in the hotel. Also, well-known stores were in close vicinity.
