For the price it was okay.
It was adequate although my wife was a bit dissatisfied because of expectations. But I am happy and would stay there agin for any time in Caen. For the beaches though it was a bit far away.

Good place to stay for the price
The hotel room was small, but clean. It was cleaned every day and new towels were provided. It was a little hard to find due to the instructions, but if you come in on A13, take the Peripherique to exit 16 and it is right there in a complex of stores and restaurants. The bathroom was clean but small and a large person might find it difficult to take a shower. We only slept and showered and were out all day, so it was good for us. Some of the staff at the desk spoke English, but all were friendly and helpful.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This was close to the D-day beaches and the city of Bayeaux which was a very interesting city. The hotel was close to several restaurants and the were also bakeries in the shopping center where we bought bread and croissants.
