Small but adequate
It is a part of a motel chain. Room is very small, bathroom is a plastic unit inside the room. The village of Chelles is lovely. It is a good value given the prices in Paris.
Traveler's tip on dining
The village of Chelles has some good restaurants, prices are much better than in Paris. I recommend to go back to the village after visiting Paris and have dinner in Chelles. Trip to Paris is only 20 minutes by train.

Didn’t know it was almost 1 mile to the train station
The only problem I had was the difficulty of locating the hotel from the train station and then having to walk a mile each way to get to the train station to ride the train into Paris everyday. The cost of riding the train into Paris each day was approximately $15 USD per person.
Nothing is free in Paris and eating can be a problem (trying to find a place to eat that was not overly expensive but also trying to eat in a place that gives you the enjoyment of Paris life without costing so much). If you didn’t want to spend $50-$100USD for a basic Paris meal, it would always wind up being a McDonalds.

Very Small rooms but so is all of Europe-Worth the cost savings
The rooms are very small but clean, the office staff was able to speak English and direct us to the bus/train. The hotel is out of range for taxi service from downtown Paris but the metro station is right there in town. The city bus is right at the corner and runs only until 8pm but the county bus (take bus 613)runs all night long and the drop (Quatros Routes)is just a short walk away. Based on the pricing of the hotels that are in the city this was well worth the walk.
