Just what we needed
This bed and breakfast was absolutely perfect. The room was great with a private porch and swing just out the side door. The breakfasts were wonderful and the afternoon tea always hit the spot, with fresh cookies and pie or cake everyday. My wife and I would highly recommend the Primrose and also Bar Harbor.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place!!
The building was immaculate and just beautiful!! The hosts couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. They thought of everything. Cookies in the afternoon , flashlights, umbrellas, DVD collections restaurant guides, and even a guided tour CD to bring you through Acadia National Park. The breakfasts were amazing, too. It was like staying with family in a great location!!!

Acadia National Park is nearby. Many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Whale watching and other boat tours within walking distance.
