Not what I expected for the price paid
When we first arrived the scenery and the ambiance is beautiful just like Puerto Rico itself. But it was a whole different story trying to check in and on. We waited over an hour in line to check in. The computers crashed while we waited, and the staff acted like they couldn’t check no one in until they were back up. Hello what about pen and paper to get the info??? Once checked in, our room was smaller that what was described. There were no sheets for my mothers bed. There were no towels AND no toilet paper. Then we found mold in our room. When we brought this to the front desks attention, they told us we could move to another room. That room turned out to have more mold than our old one. They told us about one more room available - so my husband went to go check it out before we started dragging our luggage around again. That room also had more mold than our room (all over the wall, bathroom, and even on a painting in the living room). We ended up back in the room we started in. It was definitely one of the worst places I have stayed at in a while - and what really ticked me off is the price we paid for such horrible services and conditions. Never again!!!!! Next time I will book with my time share earlier instead of waiting for a better deal online.
