Good but.......
Bathroom shower was very small. Being a large person I had trouble getting in and closing the door in the shower. Toilet is too close to shower door preventing easy entry and exit from the shower. Shower doors open in and had to suck in the old gut to get the door to close. Lights in the bathroom are low voltage type that go into thermal shutdown about once and hour. Keep the lights off when not in use to prevent this from happening. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Over all, not the worst hotel I have been in, but for a short stay was a serviceable choice near the Louve and opera house.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The $10.00 breakfast was the cheapest you can find in the area, take advantage of it. There is a rental bike station on the same block as the hotel. But, there were no bikes available when we were there. Purchase the hop-on-hop-off bus pass. This is the easiest way to get around to the sights.
