Condition of hotel had dedreased immensely. Lightbulbs were out, some of wallpaper torn, tile cracked and parts of tile missing. Will not re-book!

Electric shaver never to be seen again.
The stay was uneventful until my arrival back home when I discovered I had left my electric shaver in the room. Value $130. I immediately called and was told to check back they would need to talk to the maid. The second call I was told they had not talked to the maid yet. The third call the same. After a few days had gone by I resigned myself to the fact that they weren’t interested in helping me get my shaver back. I might as well have paid more money to stay in a more honest and trustworthy place since this stay cost me $130 more than it should have.

Terribly Disappointed - Will Never Go Back!
Upon arrival, the toilet handle was broken. We asked mainteanance to fix. We left for the afternoon, upon return - 9 hours later, the toilet handle was still broken. After accusing us of breaking it, it was found that the handle was turned "all the way around". The shower was scalding HOT, the tub was ice cold. Upon complaining it was instructed to let the tub run for "several minutes" and then switch to shower - after numerous maintenance attempts to control temperature of water we were moved to another room. New room was designated non-smoking; however, reeked of smoke. Then we were moved to 3rd room. The water temperature was the same and never resolved. We had to keep turning the water off and on during each shower! We were not provided with enough towels. When we inquired, we were told the dryer was broken. Additionally, there was NEVER a continental breakfast offered. Lastly, the HBO was impossible to watch due to reception problems. Only three t.v. channels were available.
