My First Visit
I had not stayed at a Staybridge Suites before and found this to be an overall pleasant experience. My two comments would cover noise and "Happy Hour". All hotels have noise pollution and this was no exception although running the fan on low covered the noise. I had the room directly above the reception and my second floor room opened on a balcony over the lobby. The bed was great as was the choice of pillows. The marble accents were not expected either. The "Happy Hour featured free wine, beer and bar food. That was nice as well except you should not keep pizza slices warm in a chafing dish. Its a disaster.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a good steakhouse one block away, easy walking distance and reasonably priced named "The Coachman". Nice bar and a few "locals". I have never seen chopped tomato and bacon on a Caesar salad before but each region has its culture. If you order the Double or Twice baked potato, it comes covered with cheese too. The fresh bread is very tasty.
