utterly satisfied
an older hotel with lots of character. location is fantastic - 1/2 block from the central square and historical buildings. the staff took great care of us - even arranging a customized tour. very clean rooms and public areas, we had an excellent experience!

Good Hotel in Downtown Merida,close to everything.
The light and sound excursion to Uxmal was outstanding.

Not very good
We have to change room because the noice of the street. The "included" continetal breakfast, was not only coffe and fruit. The service was very bad. The street where it is, is a caos, its hard to get in and out of the car.
