A lovely and elegant hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miramare! We opted for a room with a view and it was spectacular. The rooms, ambience, breakfast and staff are fantastic!

A dangerous place
1. Hotel Miramare is not for the disabled. To get to our room we walked up three flights of stairs because the elevator did not stop at our floor. 2. The place is clean and the bathroom was modern. The bed was OK. 3. Security is the issue here. The door to the room was flimsy and had no chain or dead bolt. About 3 AM we heard someone attemped to enter the room- the door uses a skeleton key. I made a lot of noise and he went away. We did not report it because we left so early.

Great location for visiting Cagliari
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was given a 2-star but we thought it was more like a 3-star. It is very easy to find, right in the heart of Cagliari near the marina. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Cagliari.
