so/so.. if u want to sleep good stay elsewhere
Hotel is ok, but the beds are hard as a rock and really uncomfortable. Weird shower in the middle of the rooms.

Nice hotel - underconstruction
This is a beautiful hotel right on the Thames River at Chelsea Harbour. We picked it because of its charm and location. However, it is under major renovation. The jack hammers and concrete drills attack every morning and go all day. The noise was deafening. Do not plan to sleep or even be in the room after 8 AM or prior to 6 PM. Due to the construction the restaurant was closed as well as the work out facility. I am sure that when it is all complete and if it looks as good as the artist drawings in the lobby it will be beautiful. Expedia or the Wyndham should have warned us of the construction. We definitely would not have stayed there. I enquired about changing but I was told that we would not receive a refund so we had no choice. We stayed. I will not go back!

Quiet and elegant
On our family vacation/reunion, we had 3 generations and the whole spectrum of age groups from young children to very senior (85+) family members booked at this hotel. This was the perfect hotel for our stay because every family had it’s own suite which was large enough to accomodate 4 people very comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a large "master bedroom" in each suite. The hotel is located in Chelsea - so for those not familiar with London, you need to know that it is not in the heart of the tourist areas, which we appreciated, and you will pay extra for all of those taxis to and from the center of town. For us, it was worth it because we looked forward to returning to Chelsea and looking out on the harbor. If you want good value for a quiet, elegant suite and don’t mind the cost of taxis, I highly recommend this hotel
