Needs a facelift
This hotel is do for a thorough cleaning, a more modern and welcoming lobby, and new hallway carpeting. At the very least, the halls should be vacuumed thoroughly. The sidewalk and road are under repair, so wear sensible shoes.

Comfort
The hotel is located in a convenient spot in Ottawa. I do not regret I have chosen it. The staff are pleasant people. However, it’s a pity it does not offer complementary breakfast.
