Don’t Stay Here Unless You’re Desperate
The only thing positive I can say about this hotel is that it’s in a good location on Av. Cordoba in Puerto Madero and very close to shopping restaurants etc. The room could only be described as scary, with a tiny double bed--insufficient for two tall Americans. When we asked for sheets for the fold out sofa, so we could sleep comfortably, but apart, the front desk clerk became snippy and hinted she would charge extra for them. She told us this was one of the best rooms in the hotel. We didn’t believe her of course until we asked to see other rooms with twin beds, and discovered YES--this is the best room!! The other rooms were indescribably depressing. At least our room was in the rear of the hotel and fairly quiet. I can’t image what it’s like to sleep in the ones facing Cordoba.
Traveler's tip on dining
The totally fabulous Cabana de Lila and the divine Piagari Parilla (they also have an Italian Restaurant right across the street that is excellent)are very pleasant manageable walks from the hotel.

don’t expect so much
It’s very well located, but it needs some maintenance.
