Not up to Ritz Carlton standards....
Compared to other Ritz Carlton stays in other cities, this was least favorite. Club level breakfast - all cold foods - no warm dishes....out for the day and room was not cleaned or serviced until after 4:00 pm, when we had to ask. Fall colors were beautiful, hotel is in a nice area and staff was friendly and attentive. San Francisco, Atlanta and Phoenix are still the favorites!

hotel is standard business ritz carlton-met expectations
Couple of critiques...the hotel room I was staying in was a suite..an upgrade for a nominal fee ...in this day and age i kind of expect to see flatpanel screens not the "old style " Tv’s...small criticism but made an impact on me.. After a hard day of travel and meetings i went to the bar for a cocktail and some food..apparently there is a local guy that has been coming for some time, a regular. No problem with that,problem is he is loud and rude to the bar help...comes in with strippers and treats the place like he owns it..time and place for everything,management should put this in check ASAP and not allow the behaviour or there staff to be harrassed.

Excellent Dining Experience at Every MEAL!
The Ritz is our favorite place to stay and Dearborn was no exception, everything was excellent. Yes the hotel decor needs to be updated but I didn’t even notice after the level of service exceeded my expectation. The staff in the Grille was unbelievable. They surprised use with special gluten-free bread and desserts. Every meal was exceptional, food quality and service. WOW!
