Food Service
I waited for an hour and a half for a cold roast beef sandwich and chips. No reason was given except that they were understaffed. This is inexcusable particulary when it was apparently opening week for the Races at Saratoga. Presumably manangement was aware of the race and the full booking of the hotel. Plans should have been made accordingly. At first the waitress took off one beverage from the bill. When I told her I was going to go to the front desk to register a complaint, she suggested I not pay for anything and she would inform mangagement. I tipped her but did not pay for the meal.

The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
