Better than other hotels in the area
It was a modern, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The rooms and beds were comfortable. My only problem was that I had trouble sleeping because the air conditioning unit was so loud. It went on and off all night. When the air went on, you couldn’t hear the tv because it was so loud. If it hadn’t been so late and if we were staying longer than 1 night I would’ve asked for a different room, but if all the air conditioners were the same there probably wasn’t much point in doing that.

Nice, clean, new Holiday Inn Express
My room was clean upon check-in, the front desk staff were polite and helpful, the cleaning crew members were fast and friendly. If i ever return to Las Cruces I will be sure to stay at this Holiday Inn Express.
