Not impressed
Service not in line with the category of the hotel. It seems on the verge of closing since they spare on bathroom towels and products. WiFi not working. Location far from center and not served by metro.

A Sleek gem of a hotel on Milan’s west side
I was looking for a hotel on Milan’s west side somewhat closer to Malpensa than the downtown hotels. I found The Hotel Chedi on the internet thru EXPEDIA and decided to give it a try. After 13 days on the road, this oasis of a hotel was very welcome. Everything, from the ultra comfortable beds to the over-sized bathrooms and rooms were deluxe.
Traveler's tip on dining
The Hotel Chedi’s concierge made us a reservation at Nabucco for dinner near La Scala Theatre and the taxi to and from the Chedi was expeditious.

Provides the ultimate for business trips
Very clean, quite comfortable, very spacious rooms, really nice decoration, a bit expensive in dining but really tasty food. Excellent breakfast.

definately will return
this trip to milan was a little different for me since i have not been there in 7 years and used to go twice yearly for ten . so i saw this hotel online and decided to give it a try and was very pleased that i did ! it is a little far out,but only took a bout 15 minute taxi into the center and was definately worth the extra time. the gym,rooftoppool and and whirlpool/sauna are things that you do not get in other hotels in milan.and the restaurant is great and the morning breakfast is the best ! i will be there twice a year it seems from now on

A fabulous hotel in Milan
From the moment we walked into the hotel until the day we checked out we received extraordinary service. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful...from helping us with directions to the city center to providing us quick service in our room. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was elegant yet functional. Although the pool was a little cold, the spa and gym area were a nice getaway from a busy day. The only thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel is not located in the best part of the city; however, there is easy access to both the train and tram service.

Best Hotel in Milan
I have to visit twice in a year in Milan. I had stayed in many Hotels in Milan during 5 years. (over 4 stars) However, most hotels were very old and inconvient. The Chedi was really great. I will stay there again in Feb 2008.
