Simple: in the right area and at the right price. Not a feature of the stay as much as the area, but served its purpose.

convenient clean economical
This hotel was a good choice with all the conveniences of home. A friendly, knowlegable staff. nower decor and an awesome breakfast selection (with real waffles). With a three minute walk to town, the beach/boardwalk, you can’t go wrong!
