Not as good as other locations
The night staff were not well trained. Every basic question was answered with "I don’t know," and the demeanor made us feel they wished we would go away and leave them alone. Basic things like, how do you get the phone to stop blinking after retrieving messages, and how do we use the internet? There is NO wireless in the room, only the lobby, and we spent the evening on the phone with tech support trying to get a wired connection. The breakfast is not very good. We stayed at a location in the Seattle area, which had real scrambled eggs and oatmeal, but this location had microwaved egg beaters, margarine, and instant oats--very disappointing. The staff told us their guests prefer this, but it seemed like cheapness to me. Another couple staying there commented about the poor food. Also, they had styrofoam cups, which are not good for the environment and could leach chemicals into hot beverages.

stop over in Winchester
We stopped at the Country Inn and suites on our way to our weeklong vacation destination. It is our tradition to find a Country Inn and suites along our route to start our vacation and get a jump-start on traveling. This one did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the pool area was very clean. The service was not as friendly as some we have had in the past but not unpleasant at all. we enjoyed our breakfast and the pool before we headed on our way.
