Written confirmation
When we arrived the deskclerk had our reservation, but did not show a king room. When he declined the request, I showed my Expedia confirmation which I printed at the time of booking that showed a request for that type of room at check-in and he honored it. I was pleased with the response and the entire stay. Nice property and not at all noisy even with the airport approachs very close.
