First room TOO small
Hotel was in a great location for walking to historic sites (Leaning tower, Duomo, Bapistry), as well as shopping, the Arno, etc. Checking in was a sligh surprise when the room provided was so small, our suitcases didn’t fit in it. I had to upgrade, for a somewehat reasonable rate, and the room was very nice and roomy (and what was seen in pictures on the hotel’s website). Wish they still had the small bar in hotel operating.

Quick trip well worth it
The Relais Dei Fiori was an excellent stop between the Cinque Terra and Rome. We spent a wonderful evening in Pisa, a quaint and charming town, and had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, spoke english, and was eager to please. The hotel is ideally located and provides easy walking access to the leaning tower and many wonderful restaurants. My wife and I both highly recommend this place.

A niece hotel
The hotel was in need of some maintenance. The floor in our room was buckling and it was difficult to walk on. Other than this the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it, and also recommend that the owners do some minor repairs.
