Great hotel but quite far from the action
The Watt Tredici was a great hotel with a great breakfast service. However, it was quite far from the main part of Milan and thus difficult to locate upon arrival to Milan. Once you’re in the hotel, everything is fabulous, but getting there can be challenging.

Clean, modern, and nicely designed. Poor breakfast service.
Recently built hotel. Modern design with a pleasant italian touch. Parking easy in small parking lot or off the street. Room size ok, clean, nice and comfortable overall, and well air-conditionned. Some problems with low water pressure in the shower in one room but got transferred to other room where pressure was OK. Area quiet (week-end). Overall hotel is understaffed especially in the (too) small breakfast area where service is poor and food minimal.
