Staying In a Museum
The Hotel is in an Industrial area which we fully expected. We had a car so no problem leaving the property. If you don’t have a car, don’t stay here, you can’t walk out of the property, streets are full of garbage and the populace a bit hungry! The Hotel and property itself is beautiful. During the day it is practically empty of staff except for the army of uniformed cleaning crews who are no help when it comes to creature comforts. The pool was open but deserted, no lounge or refreshments available. The lounge is closed during the day, there was no room service or room service menu available for our entire three night stay. A Prix Fix dinner was available after 7:30 P.M. but was not worth the 25,00 Euros per person (Plus Drinks) Over all, Beautiful place to look at, No services to make your stay enjoyable(we spent hardly any time in the hotel because THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO!)

Great Hotel, Horrible Location.
After traveling much of Europe it was refreshing to stay in a 4 star hotel with modern amenities, service and cleanthiness. The only catch was that the neighborhood was in the dumps. You couldnt walk outside of your hotel. Taxis around Naples are expensive too. It was a good location just to crash the night in between flights, but not for a vacation stay. The hotel seemed empty with maybe one tour group and about 5 men who appeared to be traveling on business. Had the hotel been in a more central location it would have been a 5 star.

Excellent Hotel IN Naple
The Hotel Staff were excellent. The service was fabulous,Room are very clean and updated. Breakfast is excellent.We had two rooms and stay in for 4 nights. We love every minute of our stay in Tiberio Palace hotel . I recommand Tiberio Palace hotel to every one who gose and stay in Naples. Thanks to all the staff Salvatore,Daria, and Lynna you guys are the best
