not bad, not great
Rooms were presentable. we did find garbage in the non-visible areas in the room when we were cleaning up to check out. there are no king beds offered at all. the pool is small, but it is indoors. the continental breakfast was very nice. It offered make your own waffles. TV was a basic HD LCD none of the usual hotel extras on it, like check out, games or pay per view movies. All in all in was a good deal for a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. If you can not walk very far I do not recommend the hotel though as there is only 1 elevator and some of the rooms are a bit of a walk away from them.

Good Deal
If you plan to go on a restricted budget, this is a very good choice. It is a nice and comfortable hotel with all the basics. Breakfast is included and beds really comfortable. The only "but" we had is that there is no bus transportation nearby. The closest bus to reach the "Strip" is like 15 o 20 walking distance. So maybe you will prefer using your car or a rental car. I found it also convinient for families and seniors. At the end, I should say that it is a good deal.
We went on October and weather was very nice. Not too hot, not too cold.

I would go back, but feel there are better hotel locations
We arrived at the hotel about half an hour early. They were checking in a group and we were told that there were no clean rooms and to come back in about an hour. We were back at the hotel at 4:15 and there were still no clean rooms. We waited about another 20 minutes while the front desk staff made a call to housekeeping about how long it would be for a clean room. At 4:45 we were checked in. Our room was quiet and for the most part very clean. We had a microwave, small refrigerator and a coffee maker. Coffee maker still had used coffee packet in it and we had one pack of coffee for the morning, tissue paper was empty. Upon our return to the hotel later that night I stopped at front desk to let them know and get more coffee for the morning. Staff said he would make a report to housekeeping to pay more attention to all cleaning services and replenishing of room supplies. Hotel had a very nice selection for their continental breakfast, but not a lot of table area to sit with many people there at the same time. There is no pool at this hotel. We checked out the next morning without further incidence. I would recommend this hotel to most, although it is out away from the Strip
