it was beautiful but
the staff upon check in was fine, but when we asked for help later in the stay they were not so helpful... overall a nice and clean facility and nice people...

You never know what you will get
Let me start this out as the first time we stayed at this hotel, it was outstanding. This is the reason that we went back. But, we were disappointed in our overall stay. First issue, we arrived at 5:15pm, but check in office was closed. Had to drive 1.5 miles to another location to check in. Second issue, room was a disappointment from our last stay. The closet door for washer and dryer was not hung, 1 king and 1 queen for six people, and the overall decor was way below standard of our last stay. Recommendation, if you are getting a 2bdrm, try to get room 2201. Perfect for family with kids and you won’t be disappointed. If you get room 2203, ask for another room. Last issue on check out, no one was in office at 10:00am on Sunday event though it says it is open at 9am daily, had to drive the 1.5 miles to check out. Arrived to find large line, with one attendant. Took almost 45 minutes to check out.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Rent a boat to take over to shell island. Just don’t rent from Adventures at Sea. Boats are old, and dirty.

Exceeded expectations
The condo we stayed in was on the 22nd floor and was just awesome. It was beautifully decorated with two large bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was large and everything was very clean. The indoor/outdoor pool was a plus as was the sauna room. It was a Sunday and thankfully a real estate lady was in at her 3rd floor office. She guided us on how to check in. We had to go about 5 minutes away to get the keys. This was the only negative about this place. The condo definately exceeded our expectations. We had a most beautiful view.
