They were rude & I had no Hot Water!
The Hotel is a really nice facility, however, they refused to accomodate a simple request to have adjacent rooms, they staff was rude, the rooms were expensive, the hotel did not include any amenities, and on top of all that, my room did not have hot water. We were leaving early on the morning I tried to take a shower and when I notified the check out personnel, they did not even apologize for it. I would go to the LAS PALMAS, which is next door, because I have stayed there before, but I would NEVER go back to the LAS PALOMAS!!!

Puerto Penasco’s Premier Resort
The resort was wonderful and very clean. Staff is friendly and courteous. Security on the grounds is exceptional. Can’t wait to go back- a very wonderful resort with plenty of amenities for families or just a relaxing getaway for couples only.

Great facilities
We had a very good time, the facilities are very good, people were also very nice. I’ll return to Las Palomas next time I have a chance.
