Lovely Hotel
Charming small hotel more like a really great bed and breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, a great breakfast is included in the price of the room. We did have what the owner said was there largest room on the 4th floor. elevator only goes up to third floor but the one flight of stairs was no problem! The room was charming with a sloping attic roof, large, comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice views out of the windows.Room is really spacious with 2 sitting tables. A desk area under a window. Bathroom really outstanding. Very large. Great bath tub and shower. Highly recommend!
Traveler's tip on shopping
Just remember most shops close around 5 or 6 in the evening. But of course the restaurants stay open. Bruges brims with old world charm. BE sure to take the boat cruise!

Incredible Service!
This very well located small hotel exudes charm & Bruges flavor, but the best part was the service provided by the owner. In addition to a welcoming lobby, coffee pot & minibar in the room, & even a small table for eating in the room, the owner personally presided over a very well appointed breakfast attractively served with ample tables that even offered some privacy for each party. But when I returned to the hotel following a close-of-day hair salon session, I discovered I had accidentally picked up the wrong coat. In my pocket, rather than the hotel keys, were someone’s house & car keys. The nation was to be shut down for a national holiday the next day, and I did not know the location of the salon. But the owner, speaking flawless English, queried me to try to figure out where I had been, then did an Internet search & made a phone call & correctly identified the salon. Then he insisted on driving me to the salon to make the coat & key switch. I cannot recommend this comfortable little hotel enough. Book yourself a room for a delightful stay in Bruges.
