Would stay here again
We had a great time, and especially enjoyed the roof bar with its great view of the Acropolis. The location of the hotel is within very close walking distance of everything in the central city. The staff was kind and patient, and the rooms were kept very clean.

Fine for one-night stay
The view of the Acropolis from our room’s balcony (6th floor, corner) and the rooftop bar is unbeatable! The room itself had a lot of furniture in a small space (including a rollaway cot, not sure why) and a tiny bathroom with a nice deep tub. Breakfast is basic and the breakfast room feels like an institutional day room. Free internet on three laptops is provided (and a printer - nice for printing our boarding passes!).

Great Location in Athens
My husband and I stayed at the Attalos Hotel for part of our honeymoon. The hotel is clean and our room was a decent size. We even had a patio with a partial view of the Acropolis. Best of all was the location. Athens is extremely walker friendly, and the Attalos was close to everything we wanted to see. Plus, their rooftop bar has a truly stunning view of the Acropolis. We watched the evening lights go on from up there many nights. I would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The offer breakfast, but we skipped that option. There are several coffee places and restaurants near the hotel that seemed less expensive.
