not impressed
The suite needed to be updated. Furniture was old and worn and refrigerator froze everything and then thawed. had to throw away milk and some food that had spoiled. I spoke to the front desk about this and also a light in the master bath that kept going on and off. No one ever fixed problems. We had stayed here a few years ago and it was much better then. Definetly needs work.

Will Stay there again
This is the second time I have stayed at the Palace Resort. I find it to be very clean and comfortable and at a great price. The free breakfast was great too!

Not impressed
Had a bad experience right from the beginning. This hotel still uses keys for the doors and the girl at check-in tole me the wrong room number and gave me keys to a room that was occupied. That was awkward. When I went back to the desk they had lost the keys to my room and sent me to the right room so security could let us in.They never showed up after waiting 20 minutes.Went back to the desk and they had to get keys made.Didn’t make me feel very safe knowing there was an extra set of keys somewhere.The room was supposed to have dishes and silverware, but had no silverware.The pull-out sofa was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen in my life,like laying on wire.This hotel needs serious updating,very old and run down.I would never stay there again.So not worth the few dollars we saved.
