Could be excellent with improved maintenance and sound proofing
Positives: - Spacious, pleasant and comfortable accommodation with great view and within walking distance to downtown Newport. Negatives: - Noisy water dripping faucet, elephant walking neighbors, and missing shampoo and soap.
