Great Location - Barely Competent Staff
The location and rooms are just fine and what you would expect for Holiday Inn but the staff was barely competent. Jack C.

Already planning next year’s trip!
Hotel is in a great location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, grocery, Marta, etc. Comfortable bed, great shower and Bath and Body Works products.

Be sure to try Leon’s Full Service. They have seasonal drinks, an incredible beer selection and the food is out of this world.

Complained to Staff
Staff would only say they have been informed. Would take care of our concerns, but never did. My wife and I have enjoyed this Hotel since 2001 only to see it go down hill each year since.
