First there were three elevators, then one, then none. No one seemed to be doing anything about it. The dinner buffet was overpriced and crowded. The pub might have been a plus, but it is right next to reception where a very loud phone rang constantly, sometimes more than twenty rings before anyone bothered to answer it. The staff is ill-trained and has no concept of service. This is the second worst hotel I have experienced.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The staff will (if you can get there attention) tell you about free transportation to the airport a block away. In the same direction are good, quiet places to have an actual dinner.

Hotel Personnel Need to Know More About Transportation
I asked two separate front desk clerks how to get to Terminal 4, which is less than a mile from the hotel. Term 4 would be required by at least 20% of the hotel guests each night, as it is the terminal for most North American flights. We got two different answers, both incomplete. (of course, we also got two different answers from the Hoppa bus drivers, one of which matched a desk clerk, and was correct). The front desk clerks SHOULD be required to know the fastest correct route to Term 4, and to be able to estimate how long it will take a guest to reach it from the hotel. Also, taxi price should be known, as this would be the best way to get to Term 4, and that way a guest could make an informed decision. We almost missed our plane because of this problem.

Not impressed
The room was offered as a double room (I was alone.) It was extremely small, two people would have had great difficulty moving around. The bathroom was basic; there were no hand towels. There was no real place to put luggage; I put my suitcase on the second bed. Dinner was unacceptable - several items "not available". Standard of the buffet was poor, salad bar a joke. Breakfast buffet was better. I would not recommend this hotel, even though its price was good. Spend a little more and get something civilized.
