I had everything I wanted
I needed a place for sleeping early at evening, since I had to be leaving to the airport at 4:00 in the morning, and I can say that I had all I wanted. The shuttle was exactly there at that time.

The best/only good thing about it was the location.
Very close to the airport with little/no noise from planes. Were way overpriced by a taxi to the hotel because the hotel didnt warn us about the free airport transfer. Staff were useless as the reason we stayed in cairo for a day on route home was to see the pyramids but we were given the wrong info by the hotel and got there as it was closing after paying 200 egyptian pounds for a taxi, and the hotel tried to blame it on us... huh? what a cheek! Useless!!!

Poor...Poor..Poor..Never select this hotel from Expedia
Everything was of poor quality! Everyone in staff was extremely non-cooperative, non-courteous. Anything I asked about the city and hotel policy, the response was, "I dont know, I dont have that information". Then they would talk in their own language and laugh at me. They pushed me to buy their tour packages at very unreasonable high prices and to go with their taxi cabs. I had requested non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room with its title as a non-smoking room. Even though, they called it as a non-smoking room, it had an Ash-tray and matchboxes in the room. The bed, pillows and the blanket were full of cigarette smell. I asked for another room but I was told, "that was the only room available." I could not sleep whole night. My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would never select this hotel again even in my dream!
Traveler's tip
Hotel was very close to the Cairo Airport. They had free shuttle from airport to hotel but I had to wait almost hour and half to get the shuttle. I could have walked to the hotel and still reached there faster than waiting for their shuttle at the airport!

poor service and maintenance. It is outrageous to charge almost $15 per hour to use wireless internet.

Nice Place for O/N stay
The hotel is clean, nice, two minutes away from the airport.Food was really very very good.

nothing worked
I arrived into the hotel after a lengthy delay at 3AM- i had booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, its car service, and wifi. The car did not meet me. THe service desk at the airport was closed. I took an extortionate taxi to the hotel. Checked in- had to step over an abandoned vacuum to enter my room. The bathroom had a ring around the tub from the last use. The wifi did not work- I needed it desperately to contact a colleague about the mornings plans. I asked for someone to repair it. Nobody came after 20 min. I called again. FInally, a new cable arrived- still no wifi. I asked to use the business center. The computers would not even turn on. Reluctantly, the front desk changed my room around 5am- still no cleaner. Asked for wake-up call. Did not get it. Was awoken by housekeeping (male- I am a woman) in my room. Had already paid via expedia, so manager had little choice for compensation when I complained. He graciously paid my cab fare to another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.
