Not impressed
Hotel was conveniently located near the expressway for a quick overnight stay but I wouldn’t recommend it for any extended stays. Breakfast/internet in lobby was good, however it did not appear that our sink/bathroom area had been cleaned at all. The remote for the television didn’t work consistently even after being reprogrammed.

Bang for your Buck
My critique of this hotel is based solely on the context of the environment. West Memphis is not a place to find a luxury hotel. So if you have upscale expectations, this hotel is not for you (but neither is any hotel in the area). The hotel served its purpose - somewhere to sleep at night. Rooms were clean, and service was fair. It was nothing to write home about, but overall, it was good for the cost.
