Nice hotel, pretty views, good service
This was a really nice hotel. We were impressed that when we arrived off the night bus at about 6am they had a room ready for us to check straight into. It was also my partners birthday and a cake arrived for him which was a nice added touch. Pool is very small with less than 10 sun loungers and by midday the whole area is pretty much in the shade - better off to just go to the beach really. Only criticism really was of the very pushy man on the travel desk who was always hasseling us to book trips that we didnt want. Got a bit annoying and had to keep trying to avoid us. Even as we left he was commenting that we didnt book anything! Everything else was good though.
Traveler's tip on dining
Try some of the little family fun restaurants along the street into town. Avoid the ones that are obviously restaurants and go for those that are essentailly just tables out the front of someones house - great food and service, plus youre helping local families

decent stay
if it wasnt for the staff trying to sell you expensive tours and taxi rides all the time this hotel is great. In between Cui dai beach and Hoi an city center. Opposite side of the hotel is a great river restaurant where shrimps and tuna is tasty as hell! Overall good place except for the staff that is.

Nickel and Dime the Guests
This hotel is quaint and a short taxi ride before the center of Hoi An. Despite the large sign at the baggage terminal which advertises "free hotel transfer" the hotel car is not available and the return is not free. A very rude female hotel manager seems not to understand that providing good service to hotel guests is a greater service than attempting to nickel and dime guests to death. There are plenty of other nice hotels with better locations that I would recommend highly.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
The restaurants on the river are a bit touristy but great gathering spots especially at night.
