Not impressed
Westin needs to make a few improvements at this hotel. On the plus side: the room was nice, clean and comfortable. On the minus side: the bathroom toiletries were one small bottle of shampoo and one bar of weird green soap; the hall carpet had "pepto-bismo pink" stains all over it; room service took over an hour late one evening and food (sandwich and fries) arrived cold, had to call room service twice to check on order; room service tray still in hallway 20 hours later; underground parking lot has no security in sight, would not recommend parking here in evening if you are just one person;elevator up from parking garage is jerky and rather scary. The biggest problem with this hotel is the unprofessional and unfriendly manner of the front desk staff. You can hardly find the check-in area. It is just a small counter. When I arrived no one was there, no one to help with bags and didn’t even get a smile or welcome. There is no concierge desk. I asked for directions to airport and man at desk just handed me a pre-printed card with not a word. This hotel is not up to Westin standards, particularly with staff.

Exceptional Hotel!
We are seasoned travelers with high expectations, and we give the Westin Annapolis an A+. Classy, wonderful service and exquisite rooms. We are planning a return this Fall.
