Very Nice place, location a little out of the way.
This hotel is a very nice, if somewhat small hotel, the room was great, it even had a washing machine. The only strikes against it was that there was an old, abandoned apple core in the corner of the room (aside from that the room was spotless, so i found this to be funny), and the location is a little out of the way. It’s a very convenient location if you are flying into the Hongqiao airport, but the international airport is in Pudong, which took 1 1/2 hour drive at 9pm on the way in, and about 45 min drive at 5am on the way out. It’s two blocks from the nearest subway stop, so it was perfect for me, i just walked the two blocks and rode the subway to wherever i wanted to go. They always had cabs waiting outside the hotel, and various tours of shanghai and surrounding cities everyday for fairly reasonable rates.
