very good location to WPI
Came for Parents’ Weekend at WPI-great access, free parking a plus good buffet breakfast, but breakfast room too small beds a bit soft for me room clean, but was supposed to be nonsmoker room, and must have been used by smoker recently.

Great service but poorly maintained
The people at the front desk went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Here is a list of the problems I encountered at Hampton Inn Worcester: - the door handle of my room was so lose that it almost came off - none of the outlets worked - the shower curtain had an awful stench
