Good location, good choice
Friendly and right on Copacabana beach, the pool is bathtub sized but apart from that, no complaints!

Service was Good!
On the first day we arrived, we found the safety box didn’t work, and we told it to the front desk (in English). A technician came to our room in 2 minutes to fix it. When we realized it couldn’t be solved on the same day, the hotel quickly served us another room next to it. Then, hotel staff friendly helped us move our stuff. Also, the continental breakfast was great. There were many options to eat. Furthermore, we got H.Stern presents: free round trip transportation to/from H.Stern, tour at H.Stern, and souvenir from H.Stern representative at the entrance of the hotel. We had a good time there.

This Hotel was first class
This Hotel was first class, from the reception to the room maid, not forgetting those ever present bell boys, nothing was too much for them, most, most helpful. The breakfast was to die for, me I am a really big eater, but it was just too much for me to handle, the choice was great. Cannot wait to return, this Hotel I highly recommend.

Spoilt for choice, eating out, what a choice, from set menu to weigh and eat as much as you like, all catered for. If you like to eat this is the place to be.
