Very good pick!
Rather new hotel (~2 yrs), well furnished and equipped and cleaned room, friendly and helpfull staff ... we spent a nice time there.

Don’t stay if you have a toddler.
We chose this hotel because we needed something with a kitchen for our toddler’s food. It was good for what we needed it for. We did find toenail clippings on the floor when we moved the coffee table out of the way and in the middle of the night the front desk transferred a wrong call to our room which was very disruptive. Also the walls were extremely thin, we could hear every word that our neighbor was saying when he checked in at 2 AM. Other than those things, it worked out well for our little family. I’m not sure that I would stay there again though.
