Roganstown: NOT a four-star hotel
Roganstown Golf & Country Club provides generally clean, acceptable accommodations at a reasonable price. It should not, however, be listed as a four-star hotel by Expedia. The hotel profile exaggerates quite a lot... the building feels more like a mid-range conference centre than a "mansion", and the rooms look and feel spartan and institutional. Again, it’s more like a conference centre than a hotel. The other issue is that it’s not that close to the airport! We had to drive quite a distance through Swords, and the road markings are poor. Next time, I’ll opt for the Hilton or Radisson!
