Not Impressed
The Hotel was not maintained in a cleanly way. The exterior had weeds and untrimmed landscaping, the building was in disrepair. The interior was no better. Wallpaper peeling off the walls the carpet had stains and was not vaccummed. The lobby and elevator had dead bugs on it and they stayed there for several days.

Will Stay Again
We went to see my future Brother-in-law and his fiance in Edwardsville and will be seeing them again throughout the next five years while they go to school in the area, and we will definately be staying in this hotel again. This is where my future Mother and Father-in-law have stayed each time they have visited too. The price is great, and you are only 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO, but you are far enough away that you don’t have to deal with any city hoopla (traffic, noise, etc...).
Traveler's tip on dining
The one thing that we noticed about the restaurants around Edwardsville was the quality of service. Each place we went to, we got outstanding service. Drinks were filled without having to ask. Servers were polite and patient. That’s not something I’m used to. I highly recomend Sgt. Pepper’s Cafe. The food is great and the price is fantastic!
