Clean, prompt, older hotel, but served the purpose

Not Impressed at all
This place is a real dump! The building appeared old and falling apart; the room was tiny, noisy, the plumbing didn’t work very well, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We choose this hotel because it was our last night in London, and we were catching an early flight the next morning. I would look for a different hotel under the same circumstances next time.

Great Location
Super close to the airport and there’s a great shuttle to get you back and forth. It was a great place to stay at the end of our trip where we could relax and not worry about anything!
