expensive telephone bill
The hotel and staff were excellent, although it was a little noisy if facing the express way. However I was gouged when I made a 3 minute overseas phone call to Australia - $23!!! Not happy about that.

What a great place. This is not your typical airport hotel.
The location did not feel like an airport hotel. It was situated perfectly for our needs. That is visits to Lackland AFB and downtown San Antonio.

Relaxing
I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was in San Antonio to see my son graduate from A.I.T. @ Fort Sam Houston. I really enjoyed this hotel, it’s staff and the amenities. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
