quality and convienience at a good price
A good place to stay at a good price. everything was clean and kept up. For being in the middle of KC it was in a decent neighborhood. The best thing is that it was easy to find and easily accessable to the freeway.
The The best directions to use is to have a GPS on board or a person with good map skills. The hotel is not hard to find or hard to get to but being in the middle of KC. you don’t want to make a wrong turn and get lost. The best time to go is on a day when there is not any races, football or baseball games going on. It seems like during those days you can’t find a hotel anywhere in the city. Do your homework for those days.

Fair value for the money
Room was clean, people great. We had a 16 day stay with a late reservation (the day before arriving). Unable to accomodate microwave until a few days into stay. Originally gave us very old fridge but then replaced with new fridge/micro combination. Could not ask for more than that. Had a repeated problem with toilet overflowing X 3. Two days before leaving, they offered another room but it was too late by then. We paid for the full 16 days but actually only stayed 11 of the 16 because we were in Branson. We also had no cover on the electrical outlet. The maintenance man came to fix it but the sparks that were flying scared me and I left. After that the lamp did not work. The dust and pieces of sheetrock were covered by the chair and not cleaned for a few days until I moved the chair. The price should hve been cheaper for what I recieved.

Not impressed
The hotel was centrally located, but the hotel was not in the best condition. I don’t plan to ever stay there again.
