Nice but trapped
The HIlton Airport Madrid was very nice. The staff was friendly but you are far away from everything and they know that. The restaurant was very expensive and they messed up our order. The room was luxurious but switches and controls were difficult to use. For the price, they should be more user-friendly. Lastly, the internet access was ridiculously expensive (20 euros, which is 30 usd) per day! I would not stay there again unless I was there on business and I could expense out everything.

Modern, stylish and friendly
Very nice rooms, beautiful bathrooms, really more than you need for an airport hotel. The staff all spoke English, the food was quite good and the bed was very comfortable. The internet was $22.00 a day and wasn’t free anywhere in the hotel and the dining room was really expensive. Salad and a pizza with a glass of wine and breakfast the next am was as much as the room.

The hotel has a very good service, employeesare friendly, the hotel is modern,clean and has good meals. It is very close to the airport when you need this option.and a subway station is nearby, so you can get to other places in few moments
