Ok for a tight budget
We chose this hotel because of price only. There was a microwave (that smelled like popcorn) and a small fridge, but no other frills (like wifi). There were two very small pillows - more, or at least larger, would be nice. Also, there was no ledge at all inside the shower, so we had to set our shampoo, soap, etc OUTSIDE and reach out for them when showering. Last, we were right by the ice machine which is outside under the stairs - and right by our door. There were people coming in and out all night, and we heard people walking around upstairs at 4am - plus someone honking their horn right outside our door also early in the morning. On the plus side, it was fairly inexpensive for a hotel/motel in Santa Barbara, and the people who greeted us were very friendly and stayed up late to let us in.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you’re staying here for a cheap, quick stopover, this would be fine. Not recommended for a family or someone wanting a romantic or luxurious vacation.
