Well Managed Hotel
I stayed at the Jameson during a trade show trip in Oct ’09. This was my first stay at Jameson, and I was suitably impressed with the quality of the rooms, the common areas and the cleanliness. To put it succinctly, the Hotel was spotlessly clean in every area I saw. The rooms were comfortable (but not plush), the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would return at the drop of a hat.

The important things in a hotel are a good, clean,quiet room. The Jameson supplied that. They boast about their special beds , and the beds were ,indeed, great! However, the photos of the rooms were a bit misleading. Nary a large screen TV in sight. Don’t promote it if you don’t have it !! We also booked the room because the hotel had an indoor, heated pool AND a Jacuzzi! The Jacuzzi was closed for repair and the water in it, was green it had been shut down for so long!! The pool was heated...chuckle...it was much warmer than ice cubes!! There was a steamroom that had been coverted to a supply room. We didn’t partake of the pool or the Jacuzzi....two of the "big draws" for the hotel. Breakfast was typical but acceptable and the staff was very friendly...then again..I’m an overly friendly guy and usually find staff friendly if you’re friendly to them!

Check to see if the Jacuzzi is working and it’s not a bad hotel!! It’s near some pretty fair restaurants.

Great Quiet Place to Stay
The hotel was very clean. Hottub and pool were clean and nice. I liked the fact that the maids did not have to change our bed linens every night. Just gave us clean towels. It was a " green" money saving hotel.

Free Breakfast buffet. Close to I-64 only 20 minutes from downtown Louisville.
