Love this place, but...
They closed the pool early and our bathtub didn’t drain. You can’t order movies in the rooms that have new flat screen tv’s. Love the Temperpedic beds, and would enjoy the fireplace in cool weather. We’ve stayed here before and the pool is always really warm (when it’s open).
Traveler's tip on nightlife
We went during the week at the end of September and had a hard time finding a place to eat at 7pm in downtown Ventura -- everything was closed. If it was the off-season, the room rates should have reflected that.
