helpful with problem
Upon arrival we encountered a problem with the hotel charging for a day we cancelled. But the clerk agreed to discuss it with her manager and Expedia and shortly thereafter called us in our room to tell us that we would receive a refund. Glad to have someone that was willing to work with us on a problem.

O.K. for Juneau
This hotel is probably as good as any in Juneau. There didn’t seem to be any other choices that looked better. I would not eat at the bar, however, as the service there one night was horrible.

CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK
The best stay i have had at a hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was very nice and the food was the best and a good price. I would stay there again.
